Colorado law includes furniture made from salvaged Colorado trees killed or infested by mountain pine or spruce beetles among eligible beetle wood products. Blue Stained Roots uses beetle-kill pine in qualifying pieces.
What the exemption covers
For qualifying purchases, Colorado state sales tax is not added. Local sales taxes may still apply, depending on the delivery or pickup location.
