Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handcrafted and made from naturally unique materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your piece arrives with damage due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a solution.

90-Day Warranty

We offer a 90-day craftsmanship warranty on all our furniture. This warranty covers structural defects or craftsmanship issues not caused by misuse or improper care.

What’s Covered:

-Cracking or splitting due to workmanship

-Issues with resin finish due to craftsmanship

-Weld or joint failures on bases

What’s Not Covered:

-Normal wear and tear

-Water damage, staining, or misuse

-Wood movement (expansion/shrinkage) due to humidity

-Damage from improper handling, cleaning, or moving

If you experience an issue within 90 days, please reach out and we will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as needed.
