Because pieces are handcrafted from naturally unique materials, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Report shipping damage within 3 days of delivery with photographs.
90-day craftsmanship warranty
The warranty covers structural defects or craftsmanship issues not caused by misuse or improper care, including workmanship-related cracking or splitting, resin-finish issues, and weld or joint failures on bases.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, water damage, staining, misuse, wood movement caused by humidity, and damage from improper handling, cleaning, or moving are not covered.
